- Plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- Plain milk (unsweetened)
- Plain kefir (unsweetened)
- Tofu
- Natural peanut butter
- Natural almond butter
- Plain soymilk (unsweetened)
- Plain high-protein almond milk (unsweetened)
- Lentils
Blend for desired consistency
